摘  要:学风、教风、考风是一个学校全体师生员工在追求共同目标时长期努力而形成并反过来影响自身言行的一种有特色的、具有典型意义的学校风格,是学校全体成员的精神面貌、思想作风的外在表现。学风建设是提高教学质量的基础,教风建设是改善学风的有力支柱,是提高教学质量的关键,考风建设与学风、教风建设不可分割,是提高教学质量的重要保证。学风、教风、考风三者相辅相成,共同构成学校确保教学质量,培养合格人才的保障体系。Studying discipline, teaching discipline and examinational discipline are a characteristic and typically meaningful campus style, which comes into being in the entire faculty and students' long efforts with which they pursue their common goal and the other way round influences their words and deeds. The three disciplines display the entire faculty and students' mental outlook and way of thinking. The development of studying discipline lays a foundation for improvement of educational quality; The development of teaching discipline functions as a strong pillar of improvement of studying discipline and a key to improvement of educational quality; The development of examinational discipline, which cannot be separated from either development of studying discipline or that of teaching discipline, is an important guarantee to improvement of educational quality. The three disciplines, supplementing and complementing each other, constitute a secure system for ensuring educational quality and bringing up qualified personnel.
