摘　　要：国内外学术界对马克思主义哲学中国化问题的看法有不少分歧。本文讨论了三个前提性的问题 ,即马克思主义哲学中国化的涵义问题、马克思主义哲学中国化的可能性问题和马克思主义哲学中国化的经验总结问题。通过对这三个问题的分析 ,作者对国内外学术界关于马克思主义哲学中国化研究中存在的一些理论和方法的歧异进行了辨析 ,阐明了自己的观点。There are many different views in studying Marxist philosophical sinicization in the academic circles at home and abraod. This paper focus on analyzing three prerequisite problems: the connotative sense of Marxist philosophical sinicization, the possibility of Marxist philosophical sinicization and the principles of studying Marxist philosophical sinicization. Through the analyses the author of this paper elaborates his views on the methodology in studying Marxist philosophical sinicization.
