摘　　要：目的　了解 10个市州碘盐测定质量。　方法　结合全国第四次 IDD监测 ,将采集的部分盐样一分为二 ,一份自测 ,一份送 NRL检测。用直接滴定法测定盐碘含量。　结果　 10个市州自测盐碘含量高于 NRL ,盐碘检测质量符合率仅 4 6 .7%。　结论　 6 0 %实验室在分样。Objective To know about the examination quality of salt iodine in 10 cities in Hunan Province. Methods On the base of the 4th National IDD Surveillance, salt samples were divided into two parts, one for self measurement, the other was sent to NRL. Direct liter measurement was adopted. Result The content of salt iodine measured in ten cities was higher than that from NRL. Examination consistence rate was only 46.7%. Conclusion Obvious problems were found in sample classification and examination in 60% labs.
