胸腔内给药治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察香菇多糖 (LNT)、胞必佳 (N -CWS)和顺铂 (DDP)治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效 ;方法 :84例恶性胸腔积液患者随机分为三组 ,分别胸腔内注射LNT、N -CWS和DDP ;结果 :LNT组、N -CWS组总有效率分别为 85.7%、87.5% ,疗效高于DDP组( 58.3 % ) ,且毒副反应低 ,使用后 ,患者生存质量改善 ,缓解期延长 ;结论 :LNT、N -CWS胸腔内注射对恶性胸腔积液有良好疗效 ,尤其适应于年老体弱 ,全身情况较差的晚期患者。Objective:TO observe the therapeutic effects of LNT?N-CWS and DDP on malignant pleural effusion.Methods:84 patients with malignant pleural eddusion were randomly divided into 3 groups and received LNT?N-CWS and DDP respectively by intrapleural injection.Results:Group LNT and Group N-CWS had a significantly higher overall response rate(85.7%,87.5%)compared with Group DDP(56.2%)(P<0.05).Their toxic and side effect were mild.After the administration of LNT?N-CWS,the patients had the improvement of quality of life and prolongation of remission time.Conclusion:Intrapleural injection of LNT?N-CWS had good therapeutic effects for malignant pleural effusion and were more suitable for elderly and patients with poorly general condition.
