摘 要:研究了食盐中高浓度易电离元素钠在水平ICP-OES中引起的基体干扰。经优化仪器操作参数,RF功率为1.35kW、气溶胶载气压力为1.79×10~5Pa时,可有效地克服5g·L^(-1)食盐溶液产生的钠基体干扰。建立了食盐中钡、镁、锌、铅的水平ICP-OES测定法。The elimination of the interference of Na^+-ion (as an easily ionized element) in the ICP-OES determination of Ba Mg Ph and Zn in table salt was studied. It was found that high concentration of sodium ion led to suppression of emission intensity of sample solution. By optimization of the working parameters of the instrument (i. e. using the RF power of 1.35kW, and the pressure of the aerosol carrier of 1.79×10~5Pa), the matrix interference of sodium ion in a 5g·L^(-1) salt-sample solution was effectively eliminated. In the determination of Ba Mg Pb and Zn in table salt by the proposed method, the limit of detection and limit of determination achieved to values much smaller than those required by the hygienic standards.
