摘　　要：综合文科教育专业师资队伍的建设目标 :建设一支品德高尚、素质良好、业务精通、结构优化、数量充足 ,将科研、教学、教改、育人融于一体的精干师资队伍。主要措施 :面向校内外 ,广聘名贤 ;采取多种措施 ,固本强原 ;重点培养 ,带动全面 ;塑造师魂 ,高扬奉献。经过三年努力 。In Comprehensive Liberal Arts Education's Speciality,the aim of construction of teachers' troop must construct a picked teachers'troop.It is a troop of noble character,it unites as a body with scientific research,teaching,reforming education and educating students.It has main measures,such as facing both sides of college to ingage widely the fame scholar,adopting many measures to strength in the base;key developing to promote the work as a whole,portraying teacher's soul to encourage the self-devotion.The aim will be preliminary realized after hard working of three years.
