摘　　要：对跳高运动员的心理自控能力的训练经验进行了总结，提出了几种心理自控能力的训练方法，并对在训练和比赛中的具体运用进行了论述。the training experiences of mental-self-control ability of high jump athletes were summarized. A few kinds of method in training of mental-self-control were put forward. The practical operation in training and competition was discourceed.
