摘　　要：20世纪科技的发展 ,极大地推动了社会变革和进步。同时 ,也给人类留下了难以忘怀的伤痛。 2 1世纪 ,人类应当自觉构建扬善抑恶的科技道德观 ,使科技更好地造福人类。The social reform and progress has been greatly inprovde by the scientific and technological development in 20 th century.On the other hand,it has also left some unforgettable pains.In 21 st century,man should construct consciously scientiric and technological moral views of'develop what is good and discard what is bad'in order that science and technology can bring benefit to mankind in a better way.
