完善教务管理系统 提高管理水平

摘　　要：实现教务工作的计算机管理是提高教务管理水平，适应现代远程教育的需要，中央电大为此组织开发了适合各级电大使用的教务管理系统软件。经过几年的使用，发现系统存在不少问题，有些问题甚至会影响整个系统的正常运行，为此我们针对所发现的问题进行软件的二次开发，开发出适合我校使用的高效辅助软件，同时规范了系统的使用。开发的辅助软件及为规范系统的使用所采取的一些措施。A computerized teaching administration is essential for an increasing efficiency in the teaching ad- ministration and for a satisfaction of the needs of modem distance education. The Central Radio & TV University or- ganized the development of a teaching administration system for Radio & TV Universities at various levels. However, the past few years witnessed in the system anumber of bugs which somtimes destabilized the normal operation of the system. Guangdong Radio & TV University (GDRTVU) therefore attempted a modification of the system. The effort re- sulted in a mor efficient software for the teaching administration and a better standardized application of the soft- ware. Consequently, the administration GDRTVU has been greatly improved. The present paper reviewed the bugs, the modification of the software and measures taken for the standardized application of the system.
