体育专业大学生心理素质教育分析

摘　　要：本文通过对体育专业大学生心理素质教育的研究，阐述了心理素质对大学生身心发展的影响，提出了加强心理素质教育是促进大学生身心发展的有效途径。Through the study on the mental quality education for the students of phycial education speciality, the influence of mental quatity on the physically and mentally development of students is discussed. Inducating that enforcing the mental quality education is an effctive way to advance the physically and mentally development of the students.
