摘　　要：企业在发展过程中不可避免要遭遇一些突发事件 ,这些突发事件可能会给企业带来相当的损失 ,也可能使企业遭受毁灭性的打击。文章从事前、事中和事后三个方面 。It is unavoidable for enterprise to suffer some emergencies during its development.These suddenly occurred events could inflict considerable losses,even a destructive attack on the enterprise.This paper studies possible measures that could be taken by enterprise against these events,before,during or after their happening.
