摘　　要：西部国有企业,经过多年的改革取得了较好的成效,但是也存在一些问题,如企业亏损面较大、竞争力不强等。企业改革发展主要靠企业家。优化企业家队伍,弘扬企业家精神,促进西部国有企业的振兴是当前的一项紧迫任务。State-owned enterprises have greatly developed in west China after years of reform. However, they have more problems, such as some more losses of state-owned enterprises, less competitiveness and so on.Reform　and development of enterprises should mainly be done by entrepreneurs. So, this thesis suggests optimizing entrepreneur troops and advocating spirit of entrepreneurs, in order to promote the development of state-owned enterprises in west China.
