摘　　要：传统的工作价值观研究得到了很多种因素模型,难以具有相互印证的结论,稳定性和可重复性较低。近期的研究更注重基本价值观和工作价值观的关系,对整合以往不同的研究做出了贡献,同时也开始采用层面理论等方法,提供了传统研究没有发现的更多的信息。工作价值观和基本价值观的整合、不同文化特性下的研究、对原有因素结构的比较整合代表了工作价值观结构未来的研究趋势。Past view of traditional study of the structure of work values indicated that different results existed. Recent work values researches employ the Facet Theory approach, and they contribute to the integration of the various previous studies. The application of Facet Theory and SSA, integration of the basic values and work values studies, culture-based values studies represent the future trend of the work values structure research.
