巩膜外垫压联合玻璃体内注气治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离

摘　　要：我们采用巩膜外垫压联合玻璃体内空气注入(简称双加压法)治疗黄斑孔性视网膜脱离10例,获满意效果,现报告如下。临床资料1.病例概要:近两年中共收治10例(10眼),男2例,女8例。年龄25～62岁,平均50.7岁。网脱病史1周～8个月,平均2.7个月。视力大部分为眼前手动～数指/30厘米(其中2例数指/颞侧1米)。均为单一黄斑裂孔,其中白孔1眼。脱离范围:3个象限5眼,2个象限3眼,局限于后极部2眼。脱离15D以上者6眼,14D 以下者4眼。玻璃体不同程度液化混浊后脱离。后极部网膜皱襞2眼。2.10 cases of retinal detachment due to macular hole were treated with the combination procedure of a scleral buckle and the intravitreous air injection and all of them were cured.The visual acuity improve obviously after average 15.5 months of follow-up.The advantages of this procedure are that scleral buckle is accurate and firm and that indentation is moderate so that optical nerve and the retinal blood circulation are not affected.This procedure is more suitable for treatment with relatively big holes or retinal menbrane lesion than air injection alone moreover,the damage to the macular caused by coagulation is avoided and therefore visual aculity can be pretected effectively.
