摘　　要：对荚膜红假单胞菌类胡萝卜素的提取条件进行优化.结果表明,当采用超声波法破碎细胞(破碎功率160W,时间8min),以4∶1的丙酮—甲醇溶液作为溶剂,抽提2.5h时,提取效果最好,提取率为4.9mg/g干菌体.This paper is to optimize the extraction process of carotenoids in Rhodopseudomonas capsulatus. The results show when the solution is acetone/methanol (4∶1) and the extracting time is 2.5?h, with the power of ultrasonics 160?W in 8?min, the extracting effect is best. In this condition, the extracting ratio of carotenoids is 4.9?mg every gram dry cells.
