摘 要:目前,复杂周转轮系的功率流分析、传动比和啮合效率计算既难又繁,而应用离散图的分析方法可以改变这一局面。首先介绍了离散图的画法,然后应用离散图和反映基本周转轮系特性的方程式,对几个周转轮系进行了分析。应用表明,离散图简明直观,使复杂周转轮系的分析不再困难。It seems still to be difficult and complicated to analyze the power-flow of the complex epicyclic gear trains and compute their transmission ratio and meshing efficiency. But by applying the figure of discretization analysis, this can be changed. So in this paper, first of all the drawing method of the discretization analysis figure is introduced, and then a number of epicyclic gear trains are analyzed by the discretization analysis figure and the characteristic equations of the fundamental epicyclic gear train, suggesting that the discretization analysis figure is concise and intuitional and the analysis of the complex epicyclic gear trains will not be difficult any longer.
