摘　　要：文章依据云南省高校档案信息资源开发利用现状,分析了影响高校档案信息资源开发与利用的制约因素,并提出了相应的对策。In this article, the author analyzes the restrictive factors affecting development and making use of archives information resources on which the current situation based and puts forward the corresponding measures.
