摘　　要：本文在分析企业竞争性知识资源的内涵及特征的基础上,阐明了企业竞争性知识资源与竞争情报的关系,然后阐述了企业建设竞争性知识资源的重要意义,最后提出了企业竞争性知识资源开发的理论框架。Based on the analysis of the intention and character of enterprise competitive knowledge resources, this paper discusses the relation between enterprise competitive knowledge resources and competitive intelligence, describes the importance of the construction of enterprise competitive knowledge resources and a framework of development of enterprise competitive knowledge resources is provided.
