摘　　要：黄土高原生态重建与实现区域可持续发展是一个密不可分的有机整体。该文从两者结合的角度提出了一个可供讨论的研究范式,给出了研究范式的总体框架;针对国家需求、结合国内外有关土地利用变化和可持续发展等学科领域研究的进展和前沿趋势,阐述了研究范式提出的立论依据;进而探讨了研究范式应包括的主要研究内容和拟采取的研究方法。希望对未来黄土高原科学研究计划的制定有一定参考意义。The ecoenvironment restoration and regional sustainable development of the Loess Plateau are an organic whole. Based on their impartibility, the authors put forward a new research paradigm how to restore ecoenvironment and carry out regional sustainable development of the Loess Plateau. Aiming at meeting the national needs in the region and connecting with the research progress of international landuse change and sustainable development, it is very important for carrying out the research paradigm. And then, the main research contents and adapted research methods of the paradigm are set up and discussed. 
