摘 要:目的 :研究烹饪油烟对大鼠血清 SOD (超氧化物歧化酶 )活性、MDA (丙二醛 )含量及免疫器官的影响。方法 :给大鼠分别经腹腔一次注入 80 0 0 mg/ kg、 40 0 0 mg/ kg、 2 0 0 0 mg/ kg的烹饪油烟凝集物 ,同时设对照组 ,6d后颈动脉取血并处死动物 ,测定血清中 SOD活性、 MDA含量 ,观察对免疫器官的影响。结果 :烹饪油烟可使大鼠血清中 SOD活性显著降低 ,MDA含量明显升高 ,与对照组比较 P<0 .0 5及 P<0 .0 1,并对胸腺和脾脏产生不同程度的病理损伤。结论 :烹饪油烟可破坏机体氧化与抗氧化的动态平衡 。Objective:To study the effects of the condensati on of cooking oil fu me(CCOF) on the level of SOD and MDA in serum and the pathological effects on im munological organs of the rats Methods:The rats were administer ed with CCOF at 8000mg/kg,4000mg/kg,2000mg/kg by peritoneum injection All rats were sacrific ed six days later,serum,spleen and thymus gland were collected for the detecti on Results:The level of SOD tended to be reduced with the incre ase of CCOF dos age,While the level of MDA seemed to be elevated with the increase of CCOF dosa ge It was also found that the CCOF is harmful to thymus gland and spleen when d etected with pathological methods Conclusion:The condensation o f cooking oil f ume could destroy the balance between oxidative stress and anti-oxidative functi on of the body,and it is also harmful to the structure of spleen and thymus gla nd
