体院体育教育训练学研究生专业技术培养方式的调查研究

摘　　要：调查发现,扩招后的体育教育训练学研究生的培养,整体上处于上升的发展态势,但在培养方式上还存在一些问题。针对发现的问题,应根据体育专业的特殊性,采取相应的改进对策,解决好培养目标与社会需求、培养投入与高层次人才要求、培养方式与实践能力、以及导师队伍建设等问题,以提高研究生的培养质量。P E teaching and training of postgraduates' cultivation is in developing in expanding enrollment, while problems are found in cultivating mode. In order to solve the problems. and according to P E peculiarity, several countermeasures need to be taken : cultivating goal and social's need, investment and high-level talents' need, cultivating mode and practice capacity, tutor's quality etc. should be taken to improve postgraduates' education quality.
