摘　　要：Heitsch在[1]中给出了一些特殊的群作用,并提出了这样的问题:1)与这些群作用相结合的C-代数有何性质?2)相应C-代数与叶状结构有何关系?本文就此进行部分讨论。1 在S^(2k-1)Let M be a manifold, M be the universal covering manifolds, S2k-1 be the(2k -1)-dimensional sphere. The author considers the dynamical system (M× S2k-1, × SL2R) given by Heitsch. It is shown that all the foliation C-algebras (C(Eλ ,Eλ)) λ are *-isomorphic each other. Hence a partial answer for the question of Heitsch is given by the author.
