摘　　要：本文是在借鉴兄弟院校高职办学先进经验的基础上 ,并结合我院高职教学的实际 ,就以下几方面的问题 ,作了几点探索性的思考 :高职教学的宏观管理 ,学院内部体制的改革及资源重组等 。By using the advanced experience of higher-vocational education from some other colleges and combining the practical situation of our college, the writer of this paper makes some research about such questions as the macro management of higher-vocational education, the adjustment of internal organization and the reorganization of resources.
