摘　　要：针对目前食用植物油加工过程中广泛应用的板式塔的结构特点作了较为详尽的工艺计算 ,给油脂工程设计寻求到充分的理论依据 ,从而使板式塔的计算更加精确 ,促使油脂工程设计水平达到一个新的高度。In order to improve the design of technique within edible oil engineering,according to the structure feature of the plate column used in oil plant recently,the method of calculation has been studied,including the detail calculation of diameter,height,number of plates and effciency of the plate column.
