摘　　要：提出了一种基于AB神经网络模型的车牌定位方法,利用区域直方图和矩形滑动窗口法进行车牌的第一次定位,再利用区域均值法和均值跳变法进行车牌的精确定位。实验证明,该方法速度快,准确度高.This paper proposes a license plate positioning method based on AB neural network model .The regional histogram method and rectangular sliding window method have been used for the first-time positioning of license plate ,and the regional average method and average beep method have been used for the fine positioning part .The experiment shows that this method is fast and highly accurate .
