汉英称谓语探究

摘　　要：汉英称谓系统的表现类型和使用特点各有不同。汉语称谓系统体系严密、分类精细、名目繁多、语义明晰 ,而英语称谓系统则体系简单、分类粗疏、数量贫乏、语义含混。此外 ,汉语的亲属称谓泛化与头衔性称谓偏好极具特色 ,而英语的亲属称谓与头衔性称谓不仅种类少 。Chinese and English address terms vary in types and characteristics. Compared with English,the Chinese address system is more complex with more types and a wider scope of application. Kinship terms are significant in Chinese address terms which are characterized by extending the family relationship to outsiders. Tendency of using titles to an addressee is noteworthy in Chinese.
