摘 要:本研究从玻璃配方着手 ,探寻玻璃料中合适的着色剂及其组合 ,形成与天然牙色相似的 ,稳定的颜色表达。根据优选法筛选配方 ,确定玻璃组分着色剂的组成和含量。采用氧化铝埚于 14 2 0℃熔融 2 h制得玻璃。测定玻璃光学指数与热膨胀曲线。渗透玻璃在 4 35 .8~ 6 5 6 .3nm间的色数值为 0 .0 6 84 1,色散值低 ,颜色稳定。玻璃在nd(5 87.6 nm波长 )折射率为 1.5 96 91,与 α-氧化铝的主折射率 1.75 9(5 4 6 .0 7nm,ne)接近 ,可使陶瓷复合体有一定的透过率。玻璃热膨胀系数 μ=75 6 5 μm/m/℃ ,氧化铝基体膨胀系数 μ=8.2 14 μm/m/℃ ,二者热膨胀性能匹配。本实验证实改进后的 MIC玻璃具有良好的颜色稳定性 ,其光学。In order to develop tinted infiltration glass and its colorants, which can make the ceramic have good spectrum transmittance, color space, color stability and be suitable for clinical use, we selected the best prescription and confirm the ingredient and content of the colorants. Molten glass was prepared in Al 2O 3 crucibles by heating the components to 1420℃ for 2 hours. The refractive index and thermal stabiligy of the glass were investigated. The refractive index of the MIC infiltration glass was 1.5969(587.6 nm, n d). It was close to the index of aluminous matrix 1.759(546.07 nm, n e), which increased the spectrum transmittance of MIC. The thermal expansion coefficient of the glass was 7.565 μm/m/℃, which was compatible with the thermal expansion coefficient of aluminous matrix(8.214 μm/m/℃). This study proved that the tinted infiltration glass has good color stability, spectrum transmittance, and thermal expansion properties.
