摘　　要：通过调查分析我院目前实验技术队伍的结构状况及存在问题,探讨了高素质实验技术队伍在实验室可持续发展中的重要作用,提出了切实加强和改善实验技术队伍建设的若干对策。This paper probes into that high guality laboratory technician plays an important role in the sustainable development of laboratory and puts forward a certain number of strategies for strengthening practically and improving the conctruction of laboratory technical ranks through investigating and analysing the structural conditon and the existing problems of the laboratory technical ranks in our college.
