摘　　要：通过对高校校办产业资产产权现状的概述和其形成原因的探讨分析,提出了“改变传统理财观念、推行现代企业制度”等一些观点,就如何明晰高校校办产业产权关系,加强高校校办产业资产管理发表了自己的看法。The views of changing the traditional conception, applying the regulation for modern enterprise were advanced after analyzing the actuality and the cause of the title of the university enterprise. It was suggested how to confirm the relationship of title and reinforce the asset management.
