摘　　要：从社会主义发展的本质、大学的理念与使命、教育发展的历程以及管理理论的发展与演进等方面出发 ,在高校管理过程中应确立“以学生为本”即以学生为管理主体的观点。According to the nature of socialist development,cognition and mission of university,the historical process of educational development and the development and evolution of management theory,'taking students as entity',namely,the view of regarding students as main-body of management should be established in the course of management in higher learning institutions.
