摘　　要：信息技术的迅猛发展以及经济全球化的快速推进 ,大大促进了沿海地区中小企业信息化的建设步伐。本文就沿海地区中小企业信息化建设中存在的若干问题 :业务流程、组织结构、人力资源管理等进行了详细的阐述 。The swift and violent development of the information technology and fast promotion of the economic globalization,have promoted the construction pace of the informationization of small and medium sized enterprises of coastal area greatly.This paper is on the question of several existing in the information construction of small and medium sized enterprises of coastal area:Business procedure,organizational structure,human resources management,etc have carried on the detailed exposition,And put forward the corresponding countermeasure as to how to solve these problems.
