摘　　要："2+3"五年高职教育人才培养工作是我国职业教育面向大众普及的尝试,文章着重从公路土建类行业特点、生源情况、人才培养衔接三方面进行分析,探索适应我国当前社会发展需要的土建行业高职人才培养新思路。'2+3'five-year vocational education talent training work is the popularization trial of China's vo-cational education for the general public,this article focused on analyzing the industry characteristics,student source situation,and connection of talent training in highway civil engineering category,and discussed the new vocational talent training ideas of civil engineering industry suitable for the current social development needs in China.
