高校科技成果产业化的相关机制研究

摘　　要：大学的科技成果转化,涉及到许多机制问题。其中重要的有五个:多渠道、多形式的投资机制;产学结合的创新机制;校办企业现代企业制度的运行机制;规范的中介机制;应用开发研究的立项机制等。所有这些相辅相成,又互相制约,形成了一个系统工程。促进高校科技成果的转化与产业化,关键是机制。Translation of S&T achievements in high institution involves many problems of mechanism,such as multi-channel and multi-form investment mechanism,industry-university integrated innovative mechanism,modern enterprise system operation mechanism of school running enterprises,standardized medial mechanism,setting project mechanism for applied development and research and so on. All of them are supplement each other and mutual restrict,form a systematic engineering,and stimulate the translation and industrialization of S&T achievements in high institution.
