摘 要:目的 探讨在不同光照状态及膳食添加牛磺酸时 ,血浆及视网膜牛磺酸、谷氨酸 (Glutamate ,Glu)、γ -氨基丁酸 (γ -aminobutyric ,GABA)含量的变化。方法 将断乳大鼠随机分为 3组 :对照组、牛磺酸低剂量组、牛磺酸高剂量组 ,在大鼠饲料中添加牛磺酸 ,营养干预 4周后 ,用氨基酸分析仪检测光照及暗适应时血浆及视网膜中牛磺酸、Glu、GABA的含量。结果 暗适应后 ,视网膜牛磺酸含量下降 ,Glu含量升高 ,GABA含量无改变。膳食添加牛磺酸后 ,血浆及视网膜牛磺酸含量升高 ,光照时的视网膜Glu含量增加 ,暗适应时的视网膜Glu含量下降 ;光照及暗适应时的视网膜GABA含量均增加。结论 视网膜牛磺酸、Glu含量与光照状态有关 ,GABA含量与光照状态无关 ,牛磺酸可能通过调节视网膜Glu。ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of taurine on the co ntents of amino acid neurotransmitter:glutamate,γ-aminobutyric acid,and taurine in rat blood or retina in light and dark adaptation. MethodsWeanling rats were allocated randomly to three ex perimental groups:control group,lower dosage taurine-treated group,higher dosage taurine-treated group.After supplementation of taurine in rat diet for four wee ks,the contents of Glu,GABA,taurine in blood or retina under the conditions of l ight and dark adaptation were measured with Amion Acid Analyzer. ResultsAfter long time dark adaptation,the contents of r etinal taurine decreased significantly,the contents of retinal Glu increased,but the contents of retinal GABA didn't change.When taurine was supplemented in rat diet,the levels of taurine in blood and retina increased significantly,but th e levels of retinal Glu increased in light adaptation and reduced in dark adapta tion.The levels of retinal GABA increased in both conditions of light and dark a daptation.ConclusionTaurine and Glu are involved in dark ad aptation.Taurine probably modulated signal transmission in rat retina through re gulating the contents of Glu and GABA in retina.
