培养教师素质 搞好静电第二课堂

摘　　要：　本文论述了教师自身素质与第二课堂之间的辩证关系,教师在搞好课堂教学的同时,还应抽出大量时间搞好科研,带领学生一起搞科研以及开展第二课堂教学.只有这样才有利于提高教师的自身素质,也只有这样才能培养出高素质、适合社会发展需要的栋梁之才.This paper discusses the relationship of teachers' diathesis and the second slassroom. Besides teaching well, teachers should spend enough time to take part in scientific research. They should guide students to make scientific research and the second slassroom too. Only by doing so can teachers' diathesis be enhanced, and the persons who have high diathesis and meet demands of the devlopment of society be cultivated.
