摘　　要：通过对总裁生命周期理论的研究,本文衍生出总裁更替影响企业绩效的两种途径——绩效回落和绩效震荡,并依据绩效损失的不同程度将总裁更替划分为不同的类型。本文最后提出总裁更替应努力的方向及其对国有企业尤其是大中型国有企业的借鉴作用。Based on the theory of 'the seasons of A CEO' s Tenure', this paper points out its way which due to the loss of performance during the subrogation of CEOs, namely, the fall of performance and lingerness of performance . At the same time, we have established various models about subrogation of CEO' s which are based on the degree of loss of performance. Finally, we put forward our suggestions.
