摘 要:为准确设计车辆传动装置的冷却系统,提出了一个基于变速箱各档位热工况的统计使用频率加权平均的方法,进行传动系统的热平衡计算.并对车辆变速箱特定档位的温度分布采用数值方法进行了研究,以揭示变速箱热生成、热流分配和热平衡规律.改进的热平衡计算方法合理地反映了车辆传动系统在实际道路行驶过程中的热平衡状况,因而能够提出优化的冷却系统设计指标.而实现变速箱各档位热生成的准确计算则是这个新的传动系统热设计方法的应用基础.In order to design cooling systems for transmission systems of vehicles accurately, a weighting mean heat balance calculation method based on the heat generation statistics of use frequency of every gear mode was presented here. Temperature fields of a gear shifting box were studied numerically to illustrate the whole process from heat generation to heat flux and then to heat balance inside the gear shifting box. The improved heat balance calculation can demonstrate the average heating condition of transmission system of a vehicle in road environments more rationally, thus, it provides an optimal way to design cooling systems for transmission systems. And the calculation of heat generation of every gear mode is the application base of the new thermal design method for transmission systems.
