摘　　要：病理住院医师培训是培养病理医生的重要方式,是医学生成为优秀医师的重要途径。病理住院医师的培训方式与其他临床专业的住院医师培训方式不同,文章就目前病理住院医师培训的内容及方式方法进行探讨。Pathology residency training is the essential stage from the medical students to the clinical pathology diagnosis physician. In thispaper,we will talk about the main points of pathological residents training of the pathology.
