浅谈非小细胞肺癌患者中HER2基因突变的临床病理特征

摘　　要：目的探究非小细胞癌患者中HER2基因突变的临床病理特征。方法选取我院收治的600例HER2基因突变的非小细胞肺癌患者进行回顾时分析,并对其临床特征进行探究。结果女性患者突变率高于男性。结论非小细胞肺癌HER2基因突变临床表现主要集中于未吸烟女性患者中,伴随基因状态对HER2基因突变预后影响不大。Objective To explore the clinicopathological features of HER2 gene mutation in patients with non-small cell carcinoma. Methods 600 cases of non-small cell lung cancer with HER2 gene mutation admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were analyzed retrospectively and their clinical characteristics were explored. Results the mutation rate of female patients was higher than that of males. Conclusion The clinical manifestations of HER2 gene mutation in non-small cell lung cancer are mainly concentrated in non-smoking women,and the associated gene status has little effect on the prognosis of HER2 gene mutation.
