摘　　要：充分考虑了自由流车速的主要影响因素,在30组观测数据的基础上,利用RBF网络建立了小型车自由流车速模型,并验证了该模型的可信性。The main influence factors of free flow speed have been considered excessively.On the base of 30 groups of observation data, free flow speed model of small type of car is developed with using RBF neural network. The credibility of the models has been tested.
