高校学科带头人必备素质与能力的再思考

摘　　要：目的:剖析高校学科带头人应具备那些必备素质能力,为学科带头人的选拔、培养提供依据。方法:根据上级有关要求,查阅有关文献以及实际工作中涌现出的人才表现。结果:通过对高校学科带头人岗位职责任务的分析,提出高校学科带头人必备的素质和能力。结论:高校学科带头人作为学科统领者,除有拔尖的业务水平外,应具有较好的政治思想素质、高尚的人格修养素质、良好的个性心理品质和较强的组织领导能力。Objective To provide the proof for election and training according to the analysis of the necessary qualities and competence of academic leaders in institutions of higher learning.Methods According to the demand of superior ,to consult the related documents and the manifestations of talents in realistic work . Result To put forward the necessary qualities and competence of academic leaders by analyzing the post responsibilities and tasks of academic leaders.Conclusion A subject pacemaker, as a personality academic leader needs the high- class professional abilities ,good political qualities ,nobility and personal quality , favorable psychological quality, and power of organizing and leading.
