上海实施医保前后领先学科绩效的数据比较

摘　　要：调查一个周期建设的重点学科、特色专科医保前后基本业务数据 ,并与医院作比较 ,结果两类学科的 4个业务数据除特色专科的平均住院天数外 ,其他均好于医院。其中平均月门诊量两者相差显著 ,P值<0 .0 0 0。调查了基本业务数据增减的学科、医院数 ,结果两类学科均处于优势 ,平均月门诊量优势明显。医保是一项重大的社会保障体系改革 ,影响是根本性的 ,只有发展比较好 ,才能取得较好的业务数据。调查结果体现了上海医学领先专业建设的成效 ;数据的不同结果 。Having investigated the basic operational data obtained before and after medical reimbursement at the important subject and special department, which have been established with a period, and compare these data with those of hospitals. Consequently, we found that, except for the average length of stay among 4 operational data of above 2 types of subjects, the other data are better than those of hospitals. Among the 4 operational data, the average outpatient visit per month is obviously different. Having investigated the department and hospitals, whose basic operational data changed, the result is that two types of subjects have obvious advantage; the average outpatient visit per month is obviously increased. The medical reimbursement is an important reform of social welfare system, having substantial influences. Under this influence, only with well development, it can achieve good operational data.
