摘　　要：就劳动价值的高低及劳动价值观的内涵而言 ,日本民族的传统劳动价值观有其独特之处 :拚搏进取式的劳动意识、以闲为愧视勤为荣的荣辱观、劳动是精神所需、为社会而劳动的价值观等 。Different peoples have different laboring values and different connotations of their values. The traditional laboring value of Japanese people has its peculiar features, as deposits in its language: the laboring value of hardworking and enterprising, of taking idleness as guilty and diligence as honor, and of labor being the need of spiritual life and laboring for the society.
