摘  要:53例153幅钡灌肠X线照片测量结果及有关解剖学资料显示:①升、降结肠属腹膜间位器官,其后面有结缔组织附着腹腔后外侧壁,体表投影位置相对固定,个体差异亦不大,脐水平腋后线腰部是安放表面电极引导升,降结肠肠电的适宜位置;②乙状结肠中段以下肠管常复杂绕曲,而乙状结肠起始部邻近肠段则少有绕曲、位置变异较小,左髂前上棘—耻骨联合连线中外1/3交点垂线内侧约4.4cm处适宜安放电极引导体表乙状结肠肠电;③横结肠活动度大,位置高度因人而异,本组受检者横结肠在正中线上偏高偏低最大相差达23cm;因而,未以适当方法确认横结肠实际投影位置时,不宜在腹壁随意固定电极引导横结肠肠电。One hundred and fifty-three barium meal radiophotos of 53 cases were taken and measured. The results showed: 1) the projective positions of ascending and descending colon were comparatively fixed in different subjects, and the lumbar region of postaxillary line on umbilicus level is the suitable site for introducing electrocolongram of these segments; 2) the primary part of sigmoid colon was rarely curved while its aboral part usually curved, and medial 4.4 cm of vertical on lateral 1/3 point of line of iliopubic eminencesymphyseal surface is the suitable site for introducing electrocolonogram of sigmoid; 3) there is significant variation of positions of transverse colon in different subjects, and this segment of colon was projectively overlap with small intestine, so it is not suitable to introduce electrocolonogram of transverse colon on the surface of abdomen.
