摘　　要：高校后勤社会化改革对加速高等教育事业起到了积极推动作用 ,但也给学生思想政治工作带来了新的情况和问题 ,提出了新的要求。文章分析了高校后勤社会化改革为学生思想政治工作提供的新机遇、面临的新挑战 ,并从树立学生为主体的现代教育理念 ,构建学生思想政治工作新机制 ,强化育人意识 ,将制度建设与学生思想政治工作紧密结合 ,以及建立稳定的高素质的思想政治工作队伍等方面 ,探讨了新形势下学生思想政治工作的方法与途径。The logistic socialization in colleges considerably alleviates the facilities shortage after the enlarged enrollment, promotes the developmentof higher education, but also brings new problems and demands to the student's ideological work, By analyzingthe opportunities and challenges, this paper investigates the approaches to student's ideological work, and builds a new mechanism and qualifiedmanagement, in order to develop a student-centered notion and cultivate the sense of morality.
