摘　　要：延安时期的高等教育是新中国高等教育的雏形。在造就高素质人才过程中贯彻德育、智育、体育、军事教育全面发展的观点,注重理论联系实际的教育方法,为党和政府培养出大批杰出的领导干部和专业技术人才。延安时期实施素质教育过程中重视德智体教育、密切联系实际、教育内容与时俱进等做法,对新时期教育改革和开展素质教育有重要启示。College education during Yan'an period is the embryonic form of high education in new China.When bringing up highly qualified persons,they carried out the policy of training students to develop morally,intellectually,physically and militarily,paid great attention to the teaching method of putting theory into practice,and had fostered for the country many party and state leaders,professional and technical personals.At that time they developed the quality-orientated education system,paid equal attention to moral,intellectual and physical education.They combined education with practice and made education develop with period society of the day.So there is much in their method that we can make use of today in the reform of education and in developing quality-orientated education.
