高校学生思想政治工作中的系统观

摘　　要：高校学生思想政治工作是一个自我运行并不断与周围环境交换信息和能量的系统。有自己独特的系统结构 ,遵循整体性、相关性、目的性和层次性的运行原则。旧有的单项度的简单系统已不能适应新形势下学生思想政治工作的需要 ,建立新的“全链接的立体网络化”的学生思想政治工作系统 ,并遵循其运行原则是当前做好高校学生思想政治工作的应然取向。The TMP (the teaching of morality & politics) can be regarded as a systematic and self-operational work, which keeps exchanging information and energy with environment. It follows the operational principle of integrality, correlation, objectiveness and hierarchy, and has its own structure. The traditional construction of simple system cannot adjust itself to the requirement of new condition. Thus a new TMP system with the mode of 'complete-linked holo-network (CLHN-TMP)' is proposed in this article. The fundamental principle of CLHN-TMP should be followed in practice and looked as a positive direction of TMP.
