摘  要:文章报道了用微波消解技术及火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS)测定鲍鱼样品中铜、锌、铁、锰含量的方法,在pH值为1.0~2.0范围内测定结果稳定,Cu^(2+),Zn^(2+),Fe^(3+)和Mn^(2+)的含量分别在0~6.0,0~2.5,0~6.0和0~6.0μg·mL^(-1)范围内,符合比耳定律,回收率在96.4%~103.8%之间,RSD在0.2%~3.0%之间。结果表明,该方法具有省时、节约试剂、消解完全且精确度高等优点。In this article we measured Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in meat and shells of haliotis by FAAS. The sample digestion by microwave is of some merits, saving time and agents and being easy to digest. We got good precision and excellent accuracy in the result of the determination of Cu, Zn, Fe and Mn in meat and shells of haliotis with this digesting method. Measuring result is stable in the range of pH=1.0-2.0.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0-6.0, 0-2.5, 0-6.0, and 0-6.0 mug(.)mL(-1) for Cu2+, Zn2+, Fe3+ and Mn2+ respectively. The recovery is 96.4%-103%, and the RSD is 0.22%-3.0%.
