摘　　要：在供应链模式下,企业成员之间的信息协作是供应链的有效运作的核心问题。基于EDI标准和XML标准的信息协作虽然解决了语法层次上的互操作性,但在解决语义层次的互操作性上存在不足。这里对企业间信息协作模式进行了分析,提出基于本体的企业间信息协作模式,解决语义层次上的互操作性问题。The key of the supply chain activity is information cooperation among enterprises in supply chain. The information cooperation based EDI standards and XML standards resolve the interoperability on syntax level, but it is not enough to resolve the interoperability on semantic level. In this paper, after analyzing the information cooperation mode, the ontology-based information cooperation mode among enterprises in supply chain is proposed to resolve the interoperability on semantic level.
