摘 要:建立了超声波振荡协助SPME GC MS联用测定海水中2,6 二特丁基对苯醌(PBQ)的分析方法。以85μm聚丙烯酸酯(PA)萃取涂层富集海水中PBQ,超声波振荡协助SPME萃取,可大大缩短SPME的平衡时间,萃取效率提高。采用正交设计法优化了试验条件,研究表明超声波振荡的功率、萃取时间和萃取温度是决定萃取效率的主要因素,而基体的离子强度影响较小。方法的线性范围为0.100~100μg L,检出限为0.020μg L,相对标准偏差(RSD)在7.6%~12.1%之间,回收率在84.0%~92.0%之间。赤潮海水中PBQ含量低于非赤潮海水,通过监测海水中PBQ含量的变化,将为赤潮机理研究、赤潮预报提供科学依据。A method for the determination of 2,5cyclohexadiene1,4dione, 2,6bis (1,1dimethy lethyl) (PBQ) in seawater was developed by using ultrasonic oscillation assisted SPMEGCMS with 85 μm polyacrylate coating. The experimental conditions were optimized using an orthogonal design. The extraction efficiency was mainly affected by the power of the ultrasonic oscillation, the extraction time and temperature. The detection limit for PBQ was 0.020 μg/L, the relative standard deviation was in the range from 7.6% to 12.1%, the recovery was in the range from 84.0% to 92.0%. It was found that the concentration of PBQ in redtide seawater was lower than that in nonredtide seawater.
